Brian Conant, Owner of New Line Construction, LLC has his General Contractor’s license in the state of Texas and has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. Beginning in Ft. Collins Colorado, Brian has completed custom home, multi-family, ground up commercial, tenant improvement, municipal and restaurant projects. In 2006 Brian moved here to Austin and has specialized in the Central Texas area ever since.
Brian attended Colorado State University for Business while running a business management training program for repairing single family homes, where he completed over 1000 projects. His success within the program allowed him the opportunity to expand to Southern California where he started, managed and sold one of the most successful branches to date.
Brian brings a creative vision coupled with extensive knowledge to any building project, which allows New Line Construction to turn clients’ ideas into reality. Whether it be a custom home, remodeling project or commercial space, Brian presents a fine tuned project management and cost control style that is unparalleled. Derek Ramsey
Derek Ramsey, Construction Manager at New Line Construction, is a licensed commercial general contractor origionally from North Carolina with over a decade in the industry.
Derek also has extensive experience building multi-family and custom home communities. His diverse resume gives him a vast understanding of all types of construction.
Derek has a very earnest approach towards every project and when coupled with his knowledge, he is a highly effective producer of quality projects. His proven track record of timeliness and positive customer interactions makes him a true asset to our team.
Ryan Marks
Ryan Marks, Construction Manager at New Line Construction, is an Austin Texas native and has over 7 years of professional building experience in commercial and residential construction.
Ryan has held positions as superintendent and project manager on projects of various sizes, ranging from custom residential, ground up commercial, class A office, retail and tenant improvement.
Ryan brings a practical approach to construction and a keen eye for controlling costs while still maintaining the highest level of quality and excellence. His exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and unprecedented work ethic ensure each project is built as efficiently, correctly and safely as possible.
Melissa Brown
Melissa Brown, Office Manager and Marketing Director at New Line Construction, is originally from the Bay Area and spent several years in Reno, NV before moving to Austin in 2006.
Melissa plays an important part of the Design Team as a fourth generation real estate professional and licensed Realtor in the state of Texas. Melissa comes from a family with strong roots in development.
